Really Kicking It In Gear With Diet

by trudyjoflower, under Uncategorized

Last I posted, I remember I was really trying to get ahold of my fast food diet and start bringing stuff in from home to work instead of going out every day. So far I have done okay with that, but it is requiring so much preparation at home, and I barely have enough time to exercise, let alone spend hours fixing lunches to pack with me every day! I wonder why there aren’t very many healthy options for people on the go, I mean, Subway is great and some of the salads at fast food restaurants are good too, but if you look at the fat grams and sodium…they are off the charts!

My goal for the next month is get into a routine where I find easy to make lunches for work, and easy to fix dinners for one so I can stop being tempted to go out and get something fast. I also want to have a list of fast food stuff that is low in fat and calories so I can have it at hand and don’t have to think, “Ok, what do I want?” I want to make this change as easy as possible for me. Any ideas anyone?

Off To A Great Start!

by Aaron Elliston, under Uncategorized

Okay guys, I am off to a great start! I have been eating healthy (okay, moderately healthy but still, it’s better than I ever have done before) and taking vitamins and supplements like flax seed and fish oil. I have to say, I’ve never taken so many pills in one day, but none of them are prescription, they are all vitamins. I definitely feel better than I ever have, I am not so tired all the time or constantly fatigued or wishing I could take a nap, LOL. I am also trying to get vitamins in my daily diet like choosing spinach over mac and cheese or eating lots of fruit and vegetables. I like steamed vegetables, they say that steaming leaves more of the nutrients in instead of boiling them all out. I also eat lots of fresh!!

I have been using some of the milder workout videos here on this website, and I really like them although I never seem to have time to get a REALLY good, sweaty workout in. That’s ok though, because I am still seeing the difference and most of all, I am FEELING the difference!! I honestly have never felt BETTER in my life!!

More Piloga…

by Joseph Blatt, under Uncategorized

Tried one of the harder workouts today…I think it was Cardio Kick?? It was a good workout, but definitely I want to stick with the Piloga while my leg heals up better. Torn ligaments are no fun guys!

I really can’t wait to start exercising hard again. Even though I’m working out and stretching now, there’s not much cardio to it. Thankfully, the Piloga keeps my body flexible and lean while I recover.

Hopefully a few more weeks should do it! My doctor has almost cleared me for landing!

Hope everyone had a good holiday and is getting ready to lose those extra holiday pounds!

I Finally Am Starting To Look Like Myself Again!

by michellannbarlow6, under Uncategorized

I can’t believe it!!! I have lost about 12 pounds and have just a few more to go before I am back at my pre-baby weight. I may keep going and bring my weight down to a little bit less than before I conceived! I can’t believe workouts have been this easy with workoutsondemand. I do almost every single one, because they are so easy to do in my house with my little girl in her swing or her bouncer seat. I am so excited that I am finally on my way to looking great again, and I can’t wait to take some pictures and show them around! The before and after is amazing!
