This Pilates Ring Workout Video is more challenging than Pilates Ring #1, but if you’re new to Pilates Ring, don’t let that stop you.  If it gets too hard, you can always modify the exercise or take a break.  Jessie not only gives you a great core workout in this exercise video, but she also works your upper body and inner and outer thighs.  If you don’t have your Pilates Ring yet, you can still do most of this workout video.
