Using hand weights, Pascale works your entire upper body:  Biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, and back.  The exercises move from one body part to another without breaks---but please, if you need a break, take one.  There are also a few squats and lunges sprinkled throughout the workout so the upper body can rest, but the body is still in motion and you are still toning and strengthening your body.
